Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ppenter (Jarupak Srisuchat) ("we", "us") for the game SCUTTLE X. By playing, you accept them; if you don't agree, please don't play. For the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
2. Your account
The game creates a guest account on your device. If you delete the game or lose your device without linking Sign in with Apple or Google, a guest account may be lost and we may not be able to recover it. You're responsible for what happens on your account. One person per account: don't sell, share or transfer accounts.
3. Player names
Your player name is public. It must not be offensive, hateful or sexual, pretend to be someone else (including our staff), or break anyone's rights. Some names are blocked automatically, and we may change a name that breaks these rules.
4. Credits, diamonds and items
Credits, diamonds, weapons, rentals and titles ("virtual items") give you a limited, personal licence to use them in the game. They have no money value, can't be exchanged for real money or transferred to anyone else, and are not your property. Rentals end when their time runs out. We may change prices, rewards, items and game balance.
Purchases are made through Apple. Except where the law or Apple's refund policy says otherwise, purchases are final. If the game ever closes, virtual items end with it; we will give notice in the game in advance where we can.
5. Fair play
Don't cheat or use hacks, modified clients, bots or exploits; don't attack or overload our servers; don't reverse-engineer the game; don't harass, threaten or abuse other players; and don't use the game for anything illegal. We may remove items gained unfairly and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. The online service
The game needs an internet connection. We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or remove features, maps, items or the game itself, and an update may be required to keep playing online.
7. Our content
The game, its characters, art, music, code and names belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-commercial licence to play it.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for the loss of virtual items, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
9. Ending
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (tap your player card in the lobby, then DELETE ACCOUNT in your PROFILE). We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the game. Playing after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without taking away the consumer protections of the country where you live.
